idsMED Vietnam’s Strategic Planning Workshop FY2024

On 6 - 7 March 2023, idsMED Vietnam held its Strategic Planning Workshop FY2024 at the Ho Chi Minh branch. idsMED Group’s senior leaders and the management team of idsMED Vietnam attended the workshop, themed “Step Up”.

The event kicked off with a very interesting speech by Debbie Wang, Group Human Resources Director, regarding leadership accountabilities. Afterwards, Rufi Susanto, Group President, and Muhammad Ata, Senior VP - SFO Unit, warmly inspired and motivated all the participants to take part in the workshop.

In the spirit of openness and a mindset towards a common goal, the management team reviewed the performance of the fiscal year 2023 to analyse and evaluate the achievements, and the areas for improvement.

Based on the performance of FY2023, the workshop continued to identify opportunities and challenges to set the goals and action plans of the different departments to align with idsMED’s goals for the fiscal year 2024.

With a well-prepared strategic plan, and the determination of the idsMED Vietnam team to succeed, everyone is ready to Step Up for FY 2024.

Hội nghị kế hoạch chiến lược năm tài chính 2024

Trong 2 ngày 6 & 7/3, idsMED Việt Nam tổ chức Hội thảo kế hoạch chiến lược năm tài chính 2024 với chủ đề “Step Up” tại Chi nhánh Hồ Chí Minh. Hội thảo có sự tham gia của Lãnh đạo cấp cao Tập đoàn và Ban lãnh đạo, quản lý của idsMED Việt Nam.
Sự kiện mở đầu với phần chia sẻ rất thú vị của Debbie Wang – Giám đốc nhân sự Tập đoàn với nội dung về Leadership Accountabilities. Tiếp đó là phần truyền cảm hứng và động lực từ Chủ tịch Tập đoàn Rufi Susanto và Ata sharing.

Với tinh thần cởi mở, cầu thị và hợp tác, vì mục tiêu chung, Ban lãnh đạo Công ty và các quản lý đã cùng nhau nhìn lại và tổng kết hoạt động năm tài chính 2023, phân tích, đánh giá những mặt tích cực cũng như những điểm cần cải thiện. Đồng thời, các cơ hội, thách thức cũng như mục tiêu và kế hoạch hành động của các bộ phận và toàn công ty trong năm tài chính 2024 đã được đưa ra thảo luận, góp ý chi tiết.

Hi vọng, với sự chuẩn bị tốt và sự quyết tâm, đoàn kết cao, idsMED Việt Nam sẽ thực sự vươn lên, Step Up về tất cả mọi mặt trong năm tài chính 2024.
