idsMED Vietnam Maintains ISO 13485 Certification for 2024

After a three-day evaluation conducted by the BSI Group (United Kingdom) for the annual ISO maintenance, idsMED Vietnam successfully maintained its ISO 13485 for 2024. The certification meeting was held at the Hanoi branch and connected virtually with the Ho Chi Minh branch on 30 July 2024. During this meeting, assessors from the BSI Group summarised the results of the annual assessment for 2024, concluding that idsMED Vietnam has fully complied with the ISO 13485 process system.

Prior to the official ISO assessment, idsMED Vietnam conducted two internal ISO assessments at the end of May and the beginning of July 2024. Additionally, the quality policy and knowledge of ISO 13485 were continuously communicated to all company members.

ISO 13485:2016 outlines requirements for a quality management system applicable to organisations involved in the production and supply of medical devices and related services. Compliance with the standard ensures the ability to supply products that meet customer requirements and legal regulations.
