idsMED Vietnam: Project Eagle Kick-Off

On the first week of FY 2019, Project Eagle Kick-off was held in idsMED Vietnam (April 1^st in Hanoi, April 3^rd in HCMC) the participation of BODs and staffs. Project Eagle is one of the most important projects in the framework of idsMED’s transformation journey with the aim of improving internal efficiencies and cost control.


At the event, Mr. Allan Ang - Head of the project summarized the that the first phase of Project Eagle has been successfully completed thanks to the efforts of all related departments. Furthermore, he also shared the upcoming project plan: Improve internal quality.


Mr. Lim Gooi Hwa – idsMED Vietnam’s Joint Managing Director highly appreciated the result of the first phase and emphasized: “Today is a very special occasion, it is not only the milestone of Project Eagle Kick-off but also the very first day of new financial year. Together we improve ourselves by learning to enhance our productivity and qualification in 2019.”


Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Ha – Senior Director of idsMED Vietnam sent her congratulation for the success of the beginning phase and also delivered her desire that the project will contribute to the effectiveness of both idsMED and customers.


During the Kick-off, staffs were introduced project flow and the process of Order  Confirmation.
