Established in 2013, idsMED Thailand from the moment of its inception, has strived to deliver World class Medical products and services to the Thailand Healthcare community. Underpinning our service is an emphasis on delivering quality customer care and competitive pricing to all of our customers across everything we do.  Through our significant efforts to constantly strive to do better, Thai Healthcare professionals are steadily recognising the idsMED reputation of offering a high quality end-to-end array of services. In line with our commitment to offer great customer service and engagement, we have become the first Medical Distribution organisation to establish a nationwide Branch network in Thailand, with the latest Branch opening taking place in Hat Yai, Songkhla city on today morning of 19th October 2018. The new Branch in Songkhla in South Region of Thailand will further complement our already existing Branch in Khon Kaen and Ubon Ratchatani allowing us to have superior sales and service coverage to become the best in the medical market. We strive to meet the customers’ needs by providing sound, efficient, excellent, and friendly service. IDS Medical is also completing the establishment of Branch location in Chiang Mai. With this level of infrastructure and support in place we are able to better focus our efforts towards a "Tsunami Leap" in growth, where ultimately we will truly "Own the Customer"
