idsMED Thailand successfully held a training for front-line doctors on ultrasound technology on 12 March. Three distinguished speakers who are experts in the field of ultrasound took part in this event to help elevate the knowledge of the next generation of doctors in this specialised area.
idsMED Thailand is forging ahead in winning the cooperation to work with the local ministry of health (or provincial public health) in the Kalasin Province. On 12 March, it was an honour that we were able to invite 3 distinguished speakers in the field of Ultrasound in Hepatobiliary System, OB&GYN and FAST Scanning. They were Dr. Kitiyakorn Pimpilai, Dr. Chulalak Promsorn, and Assist Prof. Rattana Kamwilaisak, respectively. It was heart-warming to note their relentless efforts help elevate the knowledge of the next generation of doctors in their fields of specialty. They demonstrated a priceless and selfless dedication with only one objective in mind - the patient’s well-being.
The tremendous effort of idsMED Thailand in coordinating with multiple stakeholders is commendable for managing such a successful event. It was also encouraging to see our colleagues working together to manage the six stations for hands-on practice for the 47 participants. Dr. Apichai Limanon, Kalasin Provincial Public Health Head, graced the occasion with the opening remarks that lauded the idsMED team for organising training to update front-line doctors on ultrasound technology
