Shrikanth has close to 30 years of experience in healthcare, private equity and industry business sectors. He spent a good majority of his time in Indonesia and developed his career principally in ASEAN. Before joining idsMED, Shrikanth was the CEO of Omni Hospitals Group in Jakarta which has a portfolio of 4 hospitals. Omni Hospitals is a company of Sorac Capital Partners, where Shrikanth concurrently held the position of Group CFO. During his stint with Omni Hospitals, he completed two new greenfield hospital projects and was also instrumental in closing a significant funding project for the expansion of the hospital group.
Before Shrikanth joined Sorac, he held various senior finance positions with investment companies. He was the Vice President Finance, Coal Infrastructure Business with PT Mitratama Perkasa where he had experience in M&A, Integration, Corporate Finance and Treasury Management. Before that he was the Head of Indonesian Operations and Director of Corporate Finance for Ludlow Capital, where he acted as the operating partner with portfolio companies to turnaround and grow their businesses for exit preparation.
Shrikanth holds a Chartered Accountancy qualification in India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Bombay.

Michael is currently the Director – Medical Solutions, where he is responsible for driving business growth and building key customer relationships in both Public Hospital and Private Hospital segments. In his role, Michael works closely with the country management team, frontline sales team, various internal stakeholders, and principals to achieve Singapore’s overall goals and objectives.
Michael joined then idsMED in 2009 as an engineer and later as a Management Trainee. Due to his consistent performance, he was promoted to Manager – Medical Products and then to Senior Manager - Infection Control & Surgical Workplace care segment in 2016.
Before joining idsMED, Michael worked at various MNCs in semiconductor industry where he delivered multiple Process Improvement Projects for Quality Control and Technical Service divisions.
Michael holds a Degree in Engineering with First Class Honours from National University of Singapore.
Lay Pheng joined idsMED Singapore in 2022, to lead the Medical Specialty Care Department. She oversees the strategic development and implementation of MSC functions to become a cohesive, focused team of product, clinical and application specialists, supporting and partnering our Hospital, ILTC and Office Physician Solution Specialists in front-line revenue generation.
Lay Pheng is a veteran in the medical industry with 30 years of experience. Before joining idsMED, she was the Vice President, Southeast Asia, of Biosensors Interventional Technologies. She was responsible for the Sales and Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Sales Operations team and had successfully restructured the team to improve on work efficiency and market position.
Before Biosensors, Lay Pheng had a 12-year stint with Asahi Intecc, where she built the business in the region from scratch. From being the first person developing the market, she established the Singapore representative office, which evolved to a full-fledged branch. Before leaving Asahi Intecc, Lay Pheng was the Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Southeast Asia and Taiwan, managing direct sales team in Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan, as well as distributors in other markets.
Lay Pheng holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biology with the National University of Singapore and completed her Graduate Diploma in Marketing with the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
Katherine Teo is currently the Director of Finance of Singapore, responsible for all the entities in Singapore. She joined the company in 2001 as an Accountant for the Medical Division and has accumulated her commercial experience throughout her 22 years working in the previous and current idsMED Group.
Katherine Teo holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Financial Accounting & Marketing. She is also a member of CPA Australia.
