June 12th was a remarkable day for idsMED Singapore as it was recognized and honored by its biggest customer group, SingHealth. Our Managing Director, Ms Sally Ng was honored with the Customer Service Partner Individual’s Award and idsMED Singapore was honored with the Academic Participation Award. SingHealth is Singapore’s largest group of healthcare institutions. The group was formed in 2000 and consists of four public hospitals across the island, five national specialty centres and a network of nine polyclinics.
Customer Service Partner Individual’s Award honors Supplier practitioner who exemplifies sustained, consistent and excellent service to public healthcare providers. This individual demonstrates superior commitment in ensuring needs of customers are well represented with principals and strongly encourages participation of new market players.
Academic Participation Award honors Suppliers for outstanding work in advocacy at all levels of engagement. Award recipient has adopted the academic journey with SingHealth, developing capacity to “think, study, research, discover, evaluate, innovate, teach, learn, and improve” and has engaged members of Procurement staff and Users in their learning platforms.
These awards are truly a testimony to idsMED’s long-standing commitment of putting Customers at the center of everything it does. They also resonate well with our Brand Promise: “We Care with a HEART, because your life matters.”
