idsMED Singapore Holds CEO Townhall and Annual Awards and Appreciation 2022

With the economy reopening and events gradually increasing this year, it was timely for idsMED Singapore to hold its CEO Townhall and Annual Awards and Appreciation (AAA) 2022 onsite for all staff on 3 October 2022 at the idsMED Learning Academy.

Group CEO and Founding Partner, Mr. Ben Chang attended the event and thanked everyone for their efforts and shared about how idsMED grew from Creation to Transformation. Before answering several questions from the audience, Ben also highlighted the lessons that everyone can learn from the late Queen Elizabeth II.

In his welcome speech, idsMED Singapore Managing Director and SVP, Mr. Shrikanth Sankar highlighted idsMED’s core values of Loyalty, Integrity, Balance, Care, Agility, Reliability, and Entrepreneurship, and recapitulated the meaning of loyalty.

This was followed by an explanation from Senior Manager of HR, Catherine Thia on the significance of the AAA in recognising staff loyalty towards idsMED. Awards were given to staff who have served for 5 years, 10 years, and beyond.

5 Years’ Service Awardees

15 Years’ Service Awardees
• Dennis Yeo Eng Song

20 Years’ Service Awardees
• Berlyn Lam
• Katherine Teo

25 Years’ Service Awardees
• Tham Shung Yee

The Loyalty Service Awards were presented to the awardees by Mr. Ben Chang, Mr. Rufi Susanto and Mr. Shrikanth Sankar.
In addition to the Loyalty Service Awards, two employees were nominated by their colleagues to receive the HEART (Happy, Engaging, Approachable, Responsible, and Trustworthy) Award this year. This Annual Country Award recognises colleagues who have consistently demonstrated exceptional behaviours in delivering the idsMED Brand Promise - "We Care with a HEART because your life matters".

The two individuals who genuinely exemplified and upheld the observable standards set in our OUTREACH initiative received the HEART award. Congratulations to the awardees, Shirley Lim and Jason Lim!

The award ceremony ended with the announcement of this year’s CEO Award recipient, Law Kia Wei. He has made a positive impact on the success of the business with his exceptional contribution. Congratulations Kia Wei!

In closing, idsMED Group President, Mr. Rufi Susanto highlighted the consistency of idsMED Singapore in delivering its performance and that all staff should move towards growing together with the organisation. He urged everyone to be aligned by giving an all-around customer experience when they interact with customers. Additionally, he also highlighted the significance of the journey that each staff would experience when working.
