idsMED Philippines - Annual Country Meeting - Annual Award & Appreciation and CEO & HEART Awards

On March 2-4, 2018, idsMED Phillipines excitedly dressed up for the Annual Award & Appreciation (AAA) Gala Dinner which was opened by our CEO, Mr. Ben Chang at Groun Lounge, San Juan City, Philippines.

The event started with the annual CEO Townhall by Mr. Ben Chang and followed by the AAA Ceremony in which 14 of our Philippines colleagues received the long service award plaques and gold coins.
Colleagues also witnessed the ceremony of the most awaited award of the year, the HEART Award. The award was given to the one and only, Arthur Capua, our Mr. Everything in Philippines. Congratulations to all recipients in Philippines.

For the finale of the night, Evelyn Nebril, PH Branch Manager was singing and successfully serenaded everyone including Ben and his wife, Mrs. Kim. Continued with a performance of VISMIN Group and Cebu Team of Central and Eastern Region, they presented the famous Sinulog festival by wearing colorful costumes to brighten up the night. Last thing to close the night, the whole team got to celebrate our beloved CEO birthday. They came up with a birthday cake with Mr. Ben’s picture printed on it. Happy Birthday Mr. Ben!

On the next day, the Annual Country Meeting has began. All participants were so motivated early in the morning after an inspirational message given by Mr, Raymond Chong. The message is very clear, which is to Work Hard, Do New Things, Do It Fast, Do It Well, and Do It Together!

Followed by Mr.Kelly Sia, Managing Director of Philippines who provided the strategic directions for the upcoming fiscal year. Rowena Ramos shared opportunities for new principals. While Mr. Kheng and our new HR Manager, Russel Paneda, presented updates about HR and its mission. We also had the opportunity to listen to our New Director of Field Sales and Service, Juancho Caalim, who contributed his Sales Vision emphasizing the roles of each group, not only for the Sales Team but also for all supporting groups. Everybody shared their positive thoughts during the workshop on “How to make PH Great Again!”. The weekend will not be completed without having an Anticipated Catholic Mass as the last activity of the day.

Last Day of the ACM - The day started wearing different colors but having the same heart! There were six groups based on our Observable Standard, CARE, HAPPY, ENGAGING, APPROACHABLE, RELIABLE, and TRUSTWORTHY. It was a day full of fun! The team spirit was alive all over the place. Everybody, regardless of the job level, were given the chance to actively participate and cheer and encourage each
other in this team building. Each participant gave their best! No such word as “limitation”, it was just a Go- Go-Go attitude! Another remarkable moment is Mr.  Kheng’s active participation who defied age and performed very well in almost all activities, giving inspiration to everyone. All teams emerged as winnerscelebrating in high spirit because everybody UNITED to SUCCEED!
