Juancho has various experiences from different industries over 30 years: pharmaceutical, FMCG, retail and medical supply. His exposure to many industries honed and broadened his managerial and leadership skills. He believes that in any industries, the key drivers to success are putting the right processes, having motivated people and building the right culture in the organization.
This belief has been proven in his track record – he achieved the best credo survey in Johnson & Johnson PH during his stint and was instrumental in the start up of TH Milk in Vietnam, an FMCG company that grew to 1,000 stores & Landers Superstore, now with 6 stores in PH.
Aside from being the director of Field Sales & Services, he is also the Business Head of the InnoQ APS in the Philippines and spearheading the growth and expansion of the branch network in the Visayas.
