Medical Check-Up idsMED Indonesia

The COVID-19 outbreak has reminded us to re-assess the meaning of health in 2020. It has become imperative for us to realize that prevention is better than cure in addressing diseases. To uphold this awareness, idsMED Indonesia and AIA Insurance gave free medical check-ups to 268 idsMED employees on December 7th, 8th, and 10th, 2020. Located in Wisma 76 2nd, 17th, and 22nd Floor, the medical check-up registration was extended from 8 am to 10 am considering safe distancing. 

The Medical Check-Up activity was organized by the HR & GA Team of idsMED Indonesia with the GS Lab Jakarta. The check-up included a urine test, blood check, thorax Rontgen, physical test, and ECG (Electrocardiogram) Test.  This exercise required everyone to fast approximately 12 to 14 hours before the laboratory tests because they had to keep the blood sugar and other compound content manageable for an accurate test. For the physical examination, participants were advised to consult with the doctor first. Test results were made available after a week.
