Indonesia: "Healthy Habit Journey"
In celebration of Indonesia’s 59th National Health Day, idsMED Indonesia initiated the "Healthy Habit Journey," emphasising physical activity and team spirit. Aligned with idsMED’s commitment to ensuring employees are "Fit for Life," this holistic approach encourages healthy choices, daily step monitoring, and overall well-being.
Malaysia: #MakeLifeBetter Campaign
idsMED Malaysia recently concluded its #MakeLifeBetter Campaign focused on fitness activities and The Biggest Loser challenge, reflecting the company’s dedication to employee health. Beyond engaging competitions, the campaign included check-ups, fostering an environment valuing overall well-being through physical activities and internal self-checks on body weight.
Philippines: "Restor-Active" Health Initiative
Launching the "Restor-Active" health initiative on 24 November 2023, idsMED Philippines engaged over 150 participants in inspiring healthy choices, and enjoyable activities. This program aligns with idsMED’s commitment to ensuring employees are "Fit for Life" through initiatives like the TikTok Dance Fitness Challenge and promoting a positive mindset through proper nutrition and exercise.
Singapore: "Live Well" Campaign
In November 2023, idsMED Singapore embraced a holistic well-being approach with the "Live Well" campaign. Organised by the HR team, this initiative included activities such as Fruits Day, Futsal, Zumba, and health surveys. Culminating in a charitable walk and annual health screening, it exemplifies idsMED’s commitment to providing tools for a ’Fit for Life’ lifestyle.
Thailand: idsMED Yoga Club
The idsMED Yoga Club in Thailand, led by Ms. Suthivan Suthivannarat, fosters a culture of fitness and relaxation. Hosting rejuvenating yoga classes throughout November, the club’s activities reinforce idsMED’s commitment to promoting employee health and well-being.
Vietnam: Attaining Mental Fitness for Success
idsMED Vietnam’s internal trainers shared stories of attaining mental fitness for success, underscoring careful planning in teaching and leisure activities for maintaining a healthy and positive mindset.
