idsMED Singapore held the 2019 CEO Townhall, Annual Awards & Appreciation, as well as the opening of its new Education & Training Academy on 6 September 2019.
To mark this joyous and auspicious occasion, the team arranged for a lion dance performance to bless the Education & Training Academy before our CEO Ben Chang kicked off with his Townhall speech. Ben shared the Group’s performance for the last financial year, how the Singapore office has grown and performed over the past couple years, as well as his vision for the next 3 years. After his session and a dynamic Q&A session, the team took time to appreciate the following Long Service awardees who have served the Company for 5, 10 and 15 years respectively:

The awards ceremony was especially heartwarming and emotional as the awardees had the opportunity to reflect and share their thoughts on their tenure with idsMED in a video interview.
After the Long Service Awards came the HEART Award and CEO Award. The HEART Award is awarded to colleagues who have demonstrated exceptional behaviours in delivering our Promise, and the CEO Award recognises individuals who have made a significant impact to support the achievement of the Transformational Goals set out for idsMED SP 2017-2019.
This year’s awardees were chosen for being outstanding team players, their willingness to help others in times of need, as well as for their ability to adapt to our changing work landscape. Congratulations to our HEART Award winners Rina Santelia and Evelyn Wong, and to our CEO Award winner Peh Kian San. You are an inspiration to us all!
idsMED Singapore’s Managing Director Vasanthi S opened the post-Townhall, pre-happy hour program with updates on FY20 growth initiatives, big wins for the team, and other efforts to grow people, the organization, etc. The various function heads also shared updates with the team before members of the FSS/MSC teams took the floor to share what they have done and/or what they do in their field of work. The day’s activities wrapped with a lighthearted video of staff members sharing their thoughts on the Company and, finally, happy hour in true idsMED fashion – with lots of food and drinks to go around.
A big thank you to everyone who made this year’s CEO Townhall, AAA, and post-Townhall, pre-happy hour program possible. And of course, a huge congratulations once again to our award winners!
