Since its launch in December 2018, the Singapore Environment Council’s Eco-Office programme has guided companies in implementing effective environmentally friendly practices, inculcating eco-conscious awareness among staff, leading to the effective management of waste through the reduction in usage of paper, water and electricity.
idsMED’s Commitment Towards a Greener FutureWith this year’s SEC Eco-Office certification, idsMED Singapore is dedicated to maintaining a green workplace for its employees as they continue to adopt sustainable practices in their day-to-day business operations. They will focus on specific areas, including water conservation, energy efficiency and disposal of used items into coloured recycling bins provided.
Additionally, idsMED Singapore can balance both business operations and environmental sustainability through the invaluable support of its employees who have been proactive in pushing forward our green initiatives and embracing green education. Moreover, these sustainability efforts also empower employees to adopt greener lifestyles.
As sustainability gains a stronger hold in the world, businesses with eco certifications can gain a competitive advantage by achieving operational efficiencies, reducing costs and ensuring a sustainable future. As eco-conscious partners align, a shared vision is established when each party supports sustainable practices and upholds environmental responsibility from within, contributing to the reduction of the overall environmental footprint.
