On 4th November  2017, a basic abdominal ultrasound workshop was held  in Citadines Uplands Kuching and was attended by 50 medical practitioners from private and government hospitals.

Unlike hospitals, clinic setup and requirements are much basic yet comprehensive in providing patient consultations and initial medical care within a community-based setting. Hence, idsMED provided a platform to educate and conduct clinical sharing on tips and tricks in abdominal ultrasound scanning and introduction to 3D/4D ultrasound.

Live scanning and hands-on sessions were conducted concurrently after lunch by the application specialists from our principal, GE Healthcare as well as clinical applications from idsMED.

idsMED appreciated all the responses and engagements from the crowd and this motivates us to do more similar talks and workshops throughout the region.
