idsMED Vietnam – We Care With A Heart, Because Your Life Matters

Commitment to follow the brand promise "We care with a heart, because your life matters", since entering Vietnam market in 2015, besides business activities, idsMED Vietnam has always been paying attention to charity activities for the community.

In the first 3 years, many meaningful and practical activities have been implemented, receiving the enthusiastic response of a large number of staff such as: Love Summer & Blood Donation 2016, Volunteering for poor patients with congenital heart and homeless people 2017, or the Cold Winter 2018.

Following the good tradition, idsMED Vietnam’s 2019 volunteer journey has been exciting since the first days with the first stop - "Warm Winter", offering many gifts worth more than 32 million dong for children and disabled, elderly people at Tre Village Humanitarian Center, Xuan Que commune, Cam My district, Dong Nai province.

Welcoming the Year of Pig, idsMED Vietnam members spent time visiting the National Children’s Hospital, organizing the program "Loving Tet with idsMED" and sending many gifts to disadvantaged young patients & children being treated at the Hospital.

In particular, Mr. Lim Gooi Hwa, Managing Director of idsMED Vietnam directly presented 30 wheelchairs worth 150 million VND to patients being treated at 108 Central Military Hospital in the framework of the event celebrating Vietnam Social Work Day - March 25 organized by the hospital.

The most impressive and memorable activity in the first half of 2019 is Red River Run held in late April. Participating in the program, more than 60 members of idsMED Vietnam in Hanoi joined the athletes in the 5km running track, contributing to the program’s overall success.

Not only actively participating and accompanying Newborns Vietnam in the process of organizing the event, idsMED Vietnam also directly supported 2 SPO2 machines valued VND 100 million for Lao Cai Hospital of Obstetrics & Pediatrics.

At the same time, members of idsMED also made their mark with "Operation Healthy Heart" - a national free screening program for congenital heart disease. With a new stopover in Nghe An, in addition to sponsoring Philips’ Lumify portable ultrasound, idsMED Vietnam’s engineers and experts also directly accompany and support doctors with technical issues in medical examination and treatment process.

In 2019 summer, not spending time on vacation, idsMED Vietnam office pays more attention to the "SUMMER CARE", calling for donations (clothes, books ...) from benefactors, helping children in remote areas continue their dream of discovering the door to knowledge.

Most recently, joining the National Conference on Medical Equipment, idsMED Vietnam also actively supported poor patients in many localities with difficulties. At the event, the company carried out the activity of signing the picture "For poor patients", in which each signature of the delegates was equivalent to VND 50,000. After the program, with more than 300 signatures written on, idsMED directly presented VND 15 million to support poor patients at Thuan Chau District General Hospital in Son La Province.

Implementing and accompanying many charity programs, with idsMED Vietnam’s BOD, CSR activities are not merely a charity contribution story.
