After each medical equipment deliveries and installations, idsMED always ensure that the customers have been given the all the necessary benefits and warranties that come with the purchase of their devices. In addition to these warranties, customers will also be given three preventive maintenance services in a year during the warranty period.
This month, Dr. Hasan Sadikin Hospital in Bandung are scheduled for their preventive maintenance services. One of the hospital’s Hitachi Scenaria CT Scan 128 Slice were properly maintained by our two skillful BioMed engineers, Tendy Lukito and Fajar Fauzi. The maintenance session also gave an opportunity for Fauzi to gain more knowledge from a more senior Lukito, who are always happy to assist, both his teammates and the customers.
