The Annual Awards and Appreciation is idsMED way of appreciating and recognizing those who live their life to the fullest while bringing up idsMED values. This year, idsMED Indonesia appreciates more than 50 employees in total.

Long-service Dedication of Bu Juni
For over 30 years, Ibu Juni Susilawati is more than just work. Her dedication makes us feel very grateful to have her as a part of idsMED Indonesia. For this special occasion, idsMED Indonesia hosted a special event just for her, including inviting her daughter who works in China and her old friend and colleague from Surabaya to come to Jakarta to be present during the special occasion. With the tears in her eyes, she received the award with such humility and gratefulness to be part of the idsMED family, in particular, her recent role in helping the Group President, Rufi Susanto in managing his day to day affairs. On a clear evening, we have a lively conversation with Ibu Juni. With a warm smile, she shares a brief story of her career. Starting her career as the secretary of Sales Marketing Manager, Ibu Juni learns a lot and enjoys the job. In September 2015, she dedicated herself to help Pak Rufi as her secretary and be a part of idsMED Indonesia.
Not everyone knows that idsMED Indonesia is her second job since graduating from college. She started working when she was 21, and idsMED will always be in her heart. Receiving an annual award is such an honor for her as she never thought about working in idsMED for quite long at first. However, she could adapt and manage herself in the office with everyone. She loves the kinship among employees. It makes her comfortable working at idsMED.
What She Loves about idsMED and How She Spends Her Spare Time
Her 30 years’ service marks her long dedication and loyalty to idsMED. During her work in idsMED, memories have been created and they are unforgettable. Adversity and failures will always come, but Ibu Juni takes it as a part of her journey. Bu Juni loves the office’s atmosphere and friendship among the employees. Sometimes, she regrets many people resign from the company regularly. Besides losing a friend, she feels it made a bad image for the company. However, she says that the entry of new young employees brings rejuvenation to the company. Working with them makes her feel young again.
Helping the company, particularly Pak Rufi, never makes her forget to take care of herself and her family. On the weekend, she loves to spend her time with her family, going to the restaurant or having time together. Also, she loves to hang out with her friends. She states that she enjoys working in idsMED Indonesia and hopefully she can help the company till her retired day.
