HEART Award 2019: Robby Noormansyah

Every year, idsMED would give an appreciation for those who go the extra miles to embodies idsMED’s vision, missions, and values. We called it a HEART Award. The HEART Award was introduced to recognize colleagues who have demonstrated exceptional behaviors in delivering our promise “We care with a HEART because your life matters”. It is also a recognition for idsMED employee who dedicates her/himself in the name of love and humanity. As we try to engage everyone inside and out idsMED. Each country would surface individuals who genuinely live up to the standard we set for Care, Happy, Engaging, Approachable, Responsible, and Trustworthy in idsMED OUTREACH initiative.

The 2019 HEART Award goes to Robby Noormansyah from the idsMED Indonesia Makassar branch. We had a brief yet great conversation about what makes him get an award and also his experience being a part of idsMED Indonesia. Robby, who was born in Cianjur started his career at the idsMED Indonesia Makassar branch as a Senior Sales Specialist in 2016. Robby, as he is familiarly called, feels very comfortable working at idsMED because of its kinship atmosphere. He has been working for 3 years at idsMED Indonesia and showing his contribution such as Cooperation between the development of pain management (CADD) and the Department of Anesthesia Makassar Hasanuddin University, and the creation of the PCA (Patient Controlled analgesia) book.

Robby has played an active role in making the atmosphere comfortable and cheerful. In addition, he has a high social spirit. Robby has his way of socializing brand promise to the community. One of the reasons why he won the award is his dedication to humanity by helping others, especially in pain treatment and management. Also, Robby is sincerely active in helping earthquake victims in Palu, Sulawesi. Hopefully, he could continue the good things he has done.
