Delivering and Installing 11 Ventilators to RSUD Bogor

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there has been an increase of demand for several medical –, especially ventilators. Being one of several referral hospitals in Bogor, RSUD Kota Bogor (Bogor City Hospital) needed 11 ventilators. And they needed them quickly.

Our idsMED team was glad to help and prepare everything needed. We understand that the ventilators are life-saving equipment and not a second must be spared. In just a matter of days, the idsMED team was able to prepare and send 100% ventilator orders required by RSUD Kota Bogor.

If we take a look at behind the scenes of what happened, we will find out that so many WOWsome people from several teams were involved. Just like everyone else, our team had their fair share of worries and anxiety due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The pre-installation process went well. The anxiousness could be solved by good coordination between the sales team with the hospital management in providing a proper place to install the equipment. The place provided was close to the hospital, minimizing the risk of the virus spread.

Kudos to all friends at idsMED, IM Team, RFM, SOM, Logistics, Engineering, Apps, BioMed, and Sales, who have helped the process of allocating and procuring ventilators. Also, a massive appreciation to the idsMED team in Cibitung and Kapuk who have strived to carry out the process, especially in sending the ventilators to RSUD Kota Bogor, and PPG team who was willing to assist.
