idsMED Indonesia receives ISO 13485:2016 Certification

On 9 March 2023, idsMED Indonesia adds another accreditation in obtaining the ISO 13485:2016 certification. This accreditation is granted by TUV Nord Indonesia, one of the trusted certification institutions in Indonesia. ISO 13485:2016 certifies the quality of management in a company for the scope of distribution, installation and after-sales services of medical devices.

This achievement would not have been possible without the hard work and cooperation amongst the different departments of idsMED.

ISO 13485:2016 is a standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to provide medical devices and related services that steadily meet customers’ expectations and applicable regulations.
