On 6-7 February 2025, the idsMED Thailand team comprising Mr. Paithoon Pureethip, Managing Director and SVP Thailand; Mr. Surot Phromwaranont, MSC Director; Ms. Supatha Wannasuk, Ultrasound Manager; and Ms. Nirumon Hoonpon, MS Manager attended the GE Healthcare Partner Summit 2025 at the Voco Orchard Hotel, Singapore.
2025 is a successful year for idsMED Thailand to receive four outstanding awards from GE Healthcare:

- Top Performance Service - CCS: For achieving 115% against the target and driving a significant 33% growth, showcasing relentless efforts and commitment to excellence. idsMED Thailand Service Team’s leadership and dedication have set a new standard in delivering exceptional customer experiences, significantly elevating the brand’s reputation.
- Patient Care Solutions Awards – 2025 New Channel Partner: Honouring exceptional effort, dedication, and clinical expertise. The dedicated and highly experienced idsMED Thailand Product Team has continually elevated GE’s market presence, driving an impressive 169% growth in 2024. This achievement bolsters the company’s strong market reputation and facilitates further success.
- Channel Partner of the Year - ULS: A testament to dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence. The idsMED Thailand team achieved exceptional order linearity, with at least 50% of orders and seals received in the first month, highlighting their effectiveness and reliability. Their clinical knowledge and incomparable support have set a new industry standard, significantly enhancing brand differentiation and driving growth across various care areas.
Having won GE’s Channel Partner of the Year in 2023, this year’s awards are a testament to the dedication and hard work of the Thailand team. Mr. Paithoon Pureethip, expressed his gratitude to all colleagues in Thailand for their dedication, collaboration, and endless effort in striving together for the better. Mr. Surot Phromwaranont added that these awards symbolise the team’s success in driving business and recognition in professional practices, acknowledging all departments for their love, care, and willingness to help each other.
Ms. Supatha Wannasuk also felt proud of the team’s achievements, noting the challenges of selling medical products in a highly competitive market. Despite these challenges, the team has consistently strived to exceed requirements.
