Despite the COVID-19 pandemic condition, idsMED Indonesia held their Annual Awards and Appreciation 2021 event on 3 September 2021. Since this event is part of idsMED’s 10th Anniversary celebration, the ceremony was graced by Ben Chang - Group CEO & Founding Partner, Rufi Susanto – Regional Managing Director & President, Ramli Laukaban – Managing Director & SVP idsMED Indonesia, to honour our employees for their long service at idsMED Indonesia.
The ceremony kicked-off with the welcome speech by Ben Chang and this was followed by inspiring speeches from both Rufi Susanto and Ramli Laukaban.
The highlight of the ceremony was the announcement of the long service awards to employees who have completed 5, 10, 15, 20, and 30 years of service. Ramli and the management team presented the awardees each with a gold coin.
In addition, The HEART Award was also announced to honour those employees who have demonstrated their acts of sincerity in the spirit of humanity and togetherness.
