idsMED Indonesia Annual Country Meeting 2019

The 2019 idsMED Indonesia Annual Country Meeting was held on 26-27 April 2019, bringing together all the directors and managers in Indonesia to discuss topics with regards to business review of the previous financial year as well as strategy and plan into the new financial year. The theme of 2019 ACM is “Rise” in connection to rising together and preparing for the year ahead.

On 26 April, all leaders of idsMED Indonesia were brought together in several collegial sessions to engage and discuss current issues and concerns related to the future of Indonesia’s healthcare industry, mainly idsMED. This half day program was opened by a heart-warming speech from our beloved President, Rufi Susanto, followed by very insightful presentations from Ramli Laukaban - Vice President, Danny Pradhana -Director of Human Resources and General Affairs, and Muhammad Ata - Director of Marketing Communications, Operations, Logistics & Customer Experience.

At the end of the program, all leaders were urged to ‘rise up’ and ‘look ahead’ to 2019-20 and beyond. The day was closed by the company’s dine-around, where the leaders were split into groups and headed to different areas for dinner. What made the night remarkable was the dine-around that took place at the street hawkers. It was an unforgettable moment, where the team had to be patient finding the parking spot and chairs enough for ten people! A challenge was given by Rufi Susanto: All groups had to interview the business owners of the dining place about the establishment of their business and prepare a report.

The climax of this year’s ACM took place on this day – 27 April – where all staffs and their families were brought together in a family gathering event. “From Me To You” becomes the sub-theme of 2019 ACM, as an appreciation from the management team to all idsMED Indonesia employees and their supportive families. The event started by a lively welcome speech by Rufi Susanto, telling all staffs to enjoy the evening.

An unforgettable evening that succeeded in bringing together all families – that’s how we describe 2019 ACM. Everyone was happy to bring home the door prizes they have won. Some children of the employees  were seen enjoying the face painting activity with their parents, while some others were full of excitement playing at our mini-game booths. The karaoke competition was used to its maximum benefit to show off the hidden talents. This is truly a memorable evening for all of us!
