We Care with A Heart because Your Life Matters

Healthcare heroes are the people who dedicate themselves by giving their best for a better life. Indeed, it is not easy working in the healthcare industry. Amidst COVID-19 outbreak, doctors and nurses are often stigmatized as vectors of contagion due to their interaction with patients, particularly those in positive status. The hospital environment is a risky place to deal with, however, they have to be strong to save others. The same paradigm is also implemented in the idsMED team.

Supporting doctors and medical personnel, our trainers and engineers are responsible for what lays behind the wall including providing important information and education to medical personnel, preparing and supplying the medical equipment into the hospital. This makes them vulnerable to the disease as well.

However, the risk does not discourage the idsMED team in helping others. Let’s get to know some of them. Meet Phytie Saimima from our WOWsome FSS team and Heru Widodo from the BioMed Services team. Phytie was on duty on March 17^th, 2020 in RS Awal Bross, Tangerang. Meanwhile, Heru delivered the medical equipment on April 15th, 2020 in RSUD Koja, Jakarta. Equipped with safety devices N-95 mask, hazmat suit, and all the protective equipment, they dedicated themselves to providing training, distributing, and fixing the medical equipment amidst the stereotype and pandemic.

Thank you for the commitment and heartfelt dedication to carry out the duties in the middle of this pandemic. For those who stay at home, keep showing the best version of yourself to help others. We care with a heart because your life matters.
