Kumpul Kampoeng Operations is Back!

On 7^th February 2020, People of Kampoeng Operations united once again at the Education and Training Room. As usual, the agenda consists of two sharing sessions and an entertainment session.

Starting the activity, Pak Ata explained the company’s updates and achievements, even the ups and downs. This opening from Pak Ata as one of the directors at idsMED is aimed to be open and transparent with all the employees – so they know where the ship is heading, and everyone is firmly on board. After that, Pak Ata threw in a quiz that consisted of 20 questions, recapping all elements from the opening session (company’s situation, updated social and political news). Three lucky winners were announced and got free snacks from Pak Ata.

Afterwards, there was a sharing session presented by two WOWsome persons, Rasiani Sihaloho (Rasi) and Natasha Claudia (Natasha). In the first session, people got to know more about Rasi’s background, stories, and hobbies. Knowing that she has no literature studies background, everyone in the room was taken by surprise when she mentioned her favorite writers as Jane Austen, Leo Tolstoy and many others.

As one of the youngest employees in idsMED, Natasha also shared her stories with us. Joining idsMED in 2019, she knew that she always wanted to be a part of idsMED. She told us that she applied at idsMEd several times before, but was finally accepted in 2019. What a passion! 

The sharing session is always a WOWsome activity. However, the event probably would be the last idsMED’s gathering for Pak Rahmat Hadi. Pak Hadi decided to focus on his coffee shop, NEPA, and to take care of his mother. To honor his dedication, Pak Ata and Logistic team prepared the farewell gifts for Pak Hadi. The gifts were the handicraft journal from Pak Ata and memorable caricature painting from the Logistics team. Also, the moment became more memorable when the members of the Logistics team showed special videos from the Logistics Team in other Indonesian branches.
