The month of October proved to be an eventful month for idsMED Vietnam. During this period, several trainings and workshops, both online and in-person were organised and conducted successfully. Among them were:
1. TRAINING ON THE USE OF ZOLL SHOCKET AT AIH HOSPITAL, HCMC
On 15th October, a training session on the use of the M2 Zoll Medical defibrillator was conducted by the ICU & Emergency team at the American International Hospital Hall (AIH), Ho Chi Minh City. The equipment’s operating procedure was discussed in detail, and our Product Specialists diligently attended to questions from the doctors and nurses from the various departments.
2. idsMED’s OUTREACH SHARING SERIES – CARE WORKSHOP
Later that same day, idsMED Vietnam conducted the first of their Outreach Sharing Workshop series focusing on the theme “CARE”. This workshop was held online and attracted over 110 participants.
Ms. Thuy Thai - RFM Manager and the workshop facilitator shared her experiences with the participants. This session created a lot of interest and encouraged further questions, which contributed to a healthy exchange of ideas related to the topic.
3. TRAINING ON INFECTION CONTROL
On 19th October 2021, Mr. Hieu Ly – MSC organised a Training on Infection Control session for the frontline team. This online training session not only equipped the team with knowledge on Infection Control, but also updated them on the current range of idsMED products and the ideal strategies to promote when competing in the market.
4. INNOQ TRAINING ON MEDICAL GLOVES FOR EXAMINATION
On 26th October 2021, Ms. Duong Vo - MSC & InnoQ APS organised a presentation on Medical Gloves for the frontline team. This online training session provided the team with relevant information on the medical glove market including an overview and usage classification. The team was also updated on the types of examination gloves that idsMED currently distributes and our strategy on how to compete in the market.
5. TRAINING ON KLS MARTIN PRODUCTS
On 3rd November 2021, Ms. Na O - MSC headed the online training session on KLS Martin’s products to the frontline team. The highlight of the training session was the KLS Martin’s High Frequency Electrocautery. Detailed information on the basic principles, operating room safety procedures, current distributed products, accessories, and tips on deploying the product into the market were discussed thoroughly.
