Celebrating Good Work Culture: idsMED Singapore at the HR Asia Awards 2024

The HR Asia Awards is one of Asia’s most esteemed accolades in the human resources sector, recognising organisations that excel in promoting a positive and thriving work culture that employees are inclined to work in, further considering areas such as diversity, care, sustainability, and digital transformation.

This year’s ceremony was held on 15 November 2024, at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. idsMED Singapore’s HR team was invited in celebration of their commitment to these values, with an award acknowledging their continuous efforts to foster a thriving workplace environment.

The evening’s atmosphere was further enriched by a delicious banquet-style dinner and several outstanding performances, adding excitement to the celebration and keeping guests entertained. The dinner setting also provided the perfect opportunity for networking and camaraderie among those at the idsMED table, who had gathered to collectively celebrate the HR Team’s success and achievement.

This group included Mr. Shrikanth Sankar, Managing Director & SVP – Singapore and Group BSC, and employees from other departments such as HR, Engineering, Sales, Marketing Communications, and Office Services. Their presence at the event underscored the collaborative spirit within the company, showcasing collective pride in the HR team’s accomplishment.
