Launching idsMED Vietnam Call Center

On 28 May 2019, idsMED Vietnam launched the Customer Careline 1800 0028 – operating under idsMED Vietnam MarCom CxP Centre. idsMED Vietnam CxP Centre logo is built on our brand promises of “Happy, Engaging, Approachable, Responsible, Trustworthy” for all of our solutions in “Medical Equipment, Medical Consumables, Biomed Services, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and Hospital & Equipment Planning”.

By establishing the Customer Care Call Centre, we expect to deliver good experience for all stakeholders who work with idsMED, including our customers, partners and our own employees. With a specific guideline, idsMED Vietnam Customer Care Call Centre will integrate with other departments such as FSS, MSC, Engineering, and Operations, to professionally and swiftly handle inquiries and feedback from customers.
