idsMED Vietnam Holds Traning Course: Technical Consulting Medical Equipment (Course 6)

On 07/12, in Ha Long city, idsMED Vietnam cooperated with Quang Ninh Department of Health to organize a training course on medical equipment technical consultancy (medical equipment) for trainees who are managers of equipment at the medical units.

Medical equipment is one of the important factors supporting effectively for health workers in the process of diagnosis and treatment. Recently, with the attention of the leaders, the health sector has been invested, purchased many modern equipment. Every year, nurses and doctors are regularly trained to improve the ability of use and management of medical equipment. As a result, the equipment is used to the utmost, promoting the capacity, contributes to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment at the centers and hospitals nationwide.

At the training course, trainees were introduced to medical equipment technical consultancy; update information about the system of operating room equipment, emergency resuscitation; system of testing, anatomy; infection control system; guide the listing of medical equipment for a project, organize dossier evaluation and practice of cataloging equipment for a department.
This is the 6th training course (Series 2) on technical advice on medical equipment of Vietnam Medical Equipment Association. The course contributes to improving knowledge and skills for students to ensure the process of management and use of medical equipment at units in the province.
